Position Overview:
At The Wildbirch Hotel, our Senior Human Resources (HR) Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the entire People & Culture department and ensuring smooth operations. Their responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, onboarding, payroll & benefits administration, and maintaining accurate employee records. They also handle clerical tasks, answer employee inquiries, and help with training and development efforts.
